5. Project Scope & Changes

Requests that materially change the agreed scope, deliverables, number of revisions, production requirements or timelines may result in additional fees and/or revised delivery timelines.
7Billboards will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client requests but is not obligated to provide additional work outside the agreed scope without corresponding commercial approval.

6. Creative Approvals
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, information, content and materials required for a project.
Delays in receiving approvals, assets or information may affect project timelines.
Once a creative deliverable has been approved by the client, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original concepts, creative directions, designs, strategies, working files, proposals, presentations, production materials and other intellectual property developed by 7Billboards remain the property of 7Billboards until the applicable project fees have been paid in full.
Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred according to the terms agreed for that particular project.
Third-party assets, fonts, music, stock imagery, talent rights, licences and other materials may remain subject to their respective third-party terms.

8. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 7Billboards may display completed work created for a client in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, award submissions and other promotional materials.
If a project is confidential or subject to a non-disclosure agreement, the applicable confidentiality terms will take precedence.

9. Client Materials
The client is responsible for ensuring that any images, videos, logos, trademarks, text, music, data or other materials provided to 7Billboards can legally be used for the intended project.
The client agrees not to provide materials that infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.

10. Third-Party Platforms
Certain services may involve third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, advertising platforms, hosting providers, e-commerce platforms or other technology providers.
7Billboards does not guarantee the continued availability, functionality, policies, algorithms, approval processes, reach, performance or results of third-party platforms.
Platform-related changes outside our control may affect campaigns, content or performance.

11. Marketing & Performance Results
Marketing and advertising performance can be affected by numerous factors outside 7Billboards’ control.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, 7Billboards does not guarantee specific:
Sales
Leads
Revenue
Reach
Engagement
Conversions
Return on advertising spend
Search rankings
Follower growth
We will use reasonable professional efforts to deliver the agreed services and objectives.

12. Confidentiality
Both 7Billboards and the client may receive confidential business, commercial, creative or strategic information during a project.
Each party agrees to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement and to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information.
Separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements may apply where agreed.

13. Limitation of Liability
7Billboards will provide its services with reasonable professional care.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 7Billboards will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or services.
