Challenge
Raga by Titan wanted to build a premium festive campaign ahead of Diwali — one that could connect with a younger generation of women without losing the sophistication and elegance the brand is known for.
The challenge wasn’t simply to put watches and accessories in front of influencers.
It was to make Raga feel relevant to a woman who already knows who she is.
She doesn’t dress to fit a template.
She doesn’t follow every trend.
She chooses what reflects her.
And when she chooses an accessory, it becomes more than an addition to her look.
It becomes part of her expression.
We needed to find the creators who could authentically embody this woman — not just creators with reach, but women with style, personality, influence and a distinct point of view.
Approach
We built the campaign around a simple thought:
The modern woman doesn’t need an occasion to define her.
She defines the occasion herself.
Instead of treating influencer marketing as a collection of paid product placements, we built a carefully curated creator ecosystem around the woman Raga wanted to speak to.
We looked beyond follower counts.
Creator selection was driven by cultural relevance, aesthetic credibility, audience quality, personal style and the ability to create aspiration without losing authenticity.
Each creator brought her own interpretation of festive dressing.
Different personalities.
Different styles.
Different stories.
But one common thread:
Raga as the finishing expression of who she already is.
The campaign was designed to make the accessories feel naturally integrated into festive fashion rather than inserted into it — creating content that could live within the creator’s world while still elevating Raga’s premium positioning.
Thought Process
Influence isn’t about how many people follow you.
It’s about how many people see themselves in you.
That became the foundation of the campaign.
For a younger audience, traditional festive advertising wasn’t enough.
She wanted luxury without stiffness.
Festive without being predictable.
Fashion without losing herself.
So instead of positioning Raga as simply an accessory for Diwali, we positioned it as an expression of personal style during the festive season.
Every creator became a different expression of the same woman.
Some understated.
Some expressive.
Some classic.
Some contemporary.
The product remained the common thread, while the creator made it personal.
From influencer strategy and creator curation to campaign direction, content development and execution, every decision was made around one question:
Can she see herself in this?
Because when the right woman wears the product, the product becomes more desirable.
Result
What began as a festive influencer campaign became a creator-led brand story designed to bring Raga closer to a younger, more self-assured generation of women.
The campaign gave Raga a stronger presence in the festive conversation while creating a more contemporary interpretation of the brand.
Creators didn’t simply showcase the accessories.
They gave them context.
Their personalities created aspiration.
Their styling created relevance.
Their audiences created discovery.
And the product became part of a larger conversation around fashion, identity and festive self-expression.
The campaign helped move Raga from being something a woman might wear for the occasion to something she could choose for herself.
Premium enough for the occasion.
Personal enough to be hers.
